How to make healthy Pumpkin Cream for Kids

Healthy pumpkin custard recipe for kids

Our healthy pumpkin custard recipe is delicious and the choice of ingredients was made considering the nutrients we wanted to add. You can, if you wish, substitute the vegetables we have used with others that are more to your liking.


– 150 g pumpkin (without peel);
– ½ courgette
– ½ onion
– 1 carrot
– 1 tablespoon (tbsp) olive oil 
– salt (a pinch)


In a pan place the peeled and chopped vegetables, covering with water. Bring to the boil, seasoning with a pinch of salt and allow to cook.
Add the tablespoon of olive oil and mash the mixture until smooth and homogeneous.
If desired, garnish with grated carrot.
Serve warm.
