Recipe for healthy pizza dough
– 500 grams wholemeal flour
– 250 grams cornflour
– 250 grams oat flour
– 12 grams biological yeast
– 20 grams salt
– 10 grams stevia powder
– 1 tablespoon (tbsp) chia
– 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
– 500 ml warm water
Mix all the dry ingredients together and set aside.
In a bowl, put the biological yeast and a little water, stirring until it forms a paste. Add this paste to the dry ingredients, together with the water and the olive oil and knead with the help of a suitable whisk or your hands.
Divide the dough into smaller, ball-shaped pieces and let it rise for two hours.
It will be ready to roll out and fill with your favourite ingredients.
NOTE: To make a gluten-free variant, respecting any food intolerances, replace the flours with gluten-free variants such as rice flour, chickpea flour, quinoa flour or others.
